100% punctual, arriving before the agreed pick up time, every time! Professional drivers that are polite and drive safely. The cars are exactly what is booked, clean and gleaming. We used them for all our transportation arrangements on our vacation and we were delighted with service! We will definitely use them on our next vacation to SoCal.

Drove me from the airport to LA amazing comfort and reliable on time. He knew that the plane was delayed and made sure to pick up things I wanted before he got me at the airport. Ride was smooth and comfortable.

Absolutely unbelievable. We booked a car service from San Diego to LAX TWO MONTHS in advance for our family, and made it very clear we needed car seats for our kids. Everything was confirmed — we thought we were good to go. Then, just THREE HOURS before pickup, they cancel on us out of nowhere, saying they “don’t have any available cars.” Are you serious?
This is completely unacceptable. We were left scrambling last minute with two small kids, luggage, and no ride to the airport. Total chaos. I can’t believe how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is. If you’re a family or anyone who actually needs to depend on your ride showing up — stay far away from this service.
Thankfully, La Costa Limousine came through for us at the last minute and got us to LAX on time. They were professional, on time, and had exactly what we needed — including the car seats. Can’t recommend them enough. They literally saved our trip.

Ride in luxury. Beautiful cars. Always on time and excellent service.
They have taken us several times from Temecula to San Diego Airport and back.
They even patiently accommodated us when we had several flight delays that didn't get us into San Diego until almost midnight.
We will not use anyone else.
