This is completely unacceptable. We were left scrambling last minute with two small kids, luggage, and no ride to the airport. Total chaos. I can’t believe how irresponsible and unprofessional this company is. If you’re a family or anyone who actually needs to depend on your ride showing up — stay far away from this service.
Thankfully, La Costa Limousine came through for us at the last minute and got us to LAX on time. They were professional, on time, and had exactly what we needed — including the car seats. Can’t recommend them enough. They literally saved our trip.
They have taken us several times from Temecula to San Diego Airport and back.
They even patiently accommodated us when we had several flight delays that didn't get us into San Diego until almost midnight.
We will not use anyone else.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the vehicle was a notable concern. The interior of the car was noticeably dirty, which was off-putting and detracted from the overall experience.
Overall, due to these shortcomings, I would recommend considering other options for limo services that prioritize both driver knowledge of the area and maintain a clean interior for a more pleasant ride.
